BRINOX GROUP ANNOUNCES THE FORMATION OF BRINOX USA, INC., A FULLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY

Brinox Innovations AG, the Swiss holding of the Brinox Group, is excited to announce the establishment of Brinox USA, Inc., its fully owned subsidiary in the United States on June 16, 2023. Brinox USA, Inc. will focus on expanding Brinox's market presence and delivering exceptional solutions and services to customers across North America.

The family owned Brinox Group with more than 400 employees at locations in Switzerland, Germany and Slovenia is a leading global provider of innovative process and cleaning systems for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. For over 40 years, Brinox has built a strong reputation for its cutting-edge solutions, which can be delivered turn-key and fully GMP compliant.

Mr. Heiner Dornburg has been appointed as President of US Operations at Brinox USA. Mr. Dornburg is an accomplished professional with over 25 years’ experience in establishing and expanding transatlantic business cooperation. He held positions of increasing responsibility in project management, business development and general management at Siemens and AREVA. Most recently, Dornburg led the US subsidiary of Groninger, a leading pharma/biopharma, consumer healthcare and cosmetics fill-finish provider.
