Steam is the basic medium for transferring heat from the boiler room to the place of use.

 

We use it for three main purposes:

  • for heating
  • for sterilisation of interior surfaces of equipment
  • for sterilisation of the product

Before use, steam for heating is reduced to the appropriate pressure and distributed to the consumer.

Prior to use steam for sterilisation is purified by filters, reduced to the appropriate pressure and distributed to the consumer.

Due to heat emission, steam condenses, and the condensate is collected and returned to the boiler room.
