Preparation of sterile air, brinox

Sterile air is used to prevent the re-contamination of products from the surrounding atmosphere. 

Atmosphere air is compressed:

  • with a compressor station
  • with a dedicated blower

The compressed air is sterilised as it passes through a special sterile filter.

Sterile air is distributed to the site of use over a properly constructed pipeline, which allows for CIP washing and steam sterilisation.

All procedures are fully automated.
