DVEH Dual-Seat Valves

Hygienic dual-seat mix-proof valve type DVEH is designed for use in dairies, breweries and other food-processing industries. The dual-seat hygienically sound design ensures 100% seal in the flow of various media through the valve at the same time. The valve is typically installed as a hub valve in a valve block, where the channels for entry and exit intersect. The construction of the valve allows for effective washing of all parts in contact with the medium.
The bar of the lower valve seat is normally implemented in the form of a pressure compensator, which makes it impossible to open the valve into leakage in the event of pressure surges. Implementation of the valve allows easy disassembly of the valve hub and easy maintenance and servicing.
